What do the photos show?
Start with the cranes. One photo shows a crane boom beside a large bare cottonwood with a climber on the line. Another shows the crane set up at a very large cottonwood with snow on the ground, and a third beside a tall blue spruce with the crew on the ground in helmets. That is crane-assisted removal: the tree leaves in sections, lifted over the house instead of lowered onto the yard.
The yellow and blue truck with the bucket in the air is the 75-foot Altec boom truck. You will see it in a fall-color street tree with cones out, and beside the chip truck on a residential street. The bucket puts an arborist in the crown for pruning and dead wooding.
The Bobcat T870 track loader appears three ways: carrying a very large pine log, loading rounds into a dump truck, and running the masticating head across a sagebrush lot for lot clearing. In deep snow in front of cabins it is doing snow removal.
What does a finished job look like?
Mostly like a truck driving away. The loaded log trucks and the crew feeding the chipper are the end of every job: limbs chipped, logs hauled, the site left clear. It is the thing customers mention most.
"And, in the end, every branch and all debris was removed." Richard V., Google review
"When they were finished the clean up job was spectacular and no debris was left behind." L G., Google review
Storm and snow damage
Two photos show why the phone is answered around the clock: a tree fallen across a pickup at a house, and a pine with limbs broken and bent under snow. If you are looking at something like that now, call 775.232.8243 for 24-hour emergency service. If anyone is hurt call 911 first, and if a power line is involved stay clear and call NV Energy.

Questions people ask
Still have a question? Call 775.232.8243. Phones are answered seven days a week.
Are these your own jobs and equipment?
Yes. Every photo on this page shows a Battle Born Tree Service crew or machine.
Can I send a photo of my tree?
Yes. The free estimate form lets you attach up to five photos. An arborist still looks at the tree in person before the estimate is written.
What kinds of trees are in the photos?
Mostly large cottonwoods and pines, along with a blue spruce and street trees in fall color. The tree guide covers the trees of Northern Nevada and their common problems.
Do you really own the crane in the photos?
Yes. The crane, the 75-foot boom truck, the Bobcat track loader and the chip truck are part of our own fleet.
