Our office has a staffed phone line 7 days a week. Sara Harlan, our Office Manager, has over 20 years of customer relations experience, and she is available most days from 8:00 am-8:00 pm. When she is not available, your calls are directly forwarded to the owner of the company. If you do reach the message box, your request will be returned within 8 hours. We also have a 24-hour emergency line. Our arborist consultants are dedicated to providing you with top-notch and premier tree care services as well as exceptional customer service!
If your tree or shrub has dead branches or causes a safety hazard, pruning is recommended at any time to remove the hazard. However, if your trees have no dead branches or safety hazards, your tree should be pruned when it is dormant. This is usually around the time of late winter time for most deciduous trees (maple tree, etc.) or early spring and summer for most coniferous trees (pine trees, etc.).
