Who will I talk to?

A person. Our office has a staffed phone line seven days a week. Sara, our office manager, is available most days from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. When she is not available, your call forwards directly to the owner. If you do reach the message box, your request is returned within 8 hours.

What should I put in my message?

• Your name, phone number and the property address or town
• What you need: removal, pruning, stump grinding, brush clearing, snow removal or something else
• What is near the tree: house, fence, wires, septic
• How you found us. The office likes to know.
• Photos, if you have them. The form takes up to five.

Where are the office and yard?

We are at 6301 US Highway 50 East in Carson City, on the east side of town on the way toward Mound House and Dayton. By road the yard is about 4.5 miles from the center of Carson City and about 2 miles from Mound House.

Tree work happens at your property, so most customers never need to visit. Call ahead if you plan to stop by.
