# Can you write one estimate for many trees or a whole site?

Yes. Send us a list or walk the property with the arborist, and the estimate covers the whole site, with items listed separately if you ask. Our estimates are detailed and easy to understand, so a board or an owner can follow them.

## How a site walk goes

Tell the office who decides, which properties are involved and which trees worry you most. The arborist walks the site with you, or with the person you name, and looks at each tree. A certified arborist assesses every job before work begins.

Say which trees are priorities and which can wait. Dead wood, hazards over parking and trees near buildings are usually the first calls; shape pruning can follow another year.

## Estimates that a board can read

All of our estimates are tailored to each client and their needs. For a multi-tree job that means each tree or group is a line, with what is done to it, and whether stumps, wood and brush are part of it. You can ask for options, such as removal now and pruning later, priced separately so the board can pick.

## Photos and several sites

The estimate form takes up to five photos, which helps when you manage several properties. Add the address of each, a note on gates or access, and the hours the property is busiest. We do not promise a schedule, but the visit is where timing and access get agreed.
